"They have an excellent group of employees. Always saying "Hi". The Front Desk staff deserve an extra shout. Having a problem connecting to their Wi-Fi, the invitation to come down to the desk to fix it was immediate. The smile on the clerk's face when I returned with my wife's phone moments later was so apropos. Next morning when asking for a late check-out, the offer of 1 hour was almost automatic. When asked for 2, 'No problem' was just as fast in coming. Breakfast was great, needing a tray to take my wife's up to our room took a moment to secure. The salt and pepper on the table was quickly added as they had no packets. Our new home away from home when we need to stay over in the Watertown, NY area."
