"This place was perfect! We had a large family gathering with adults, kids, and pets and it fit all of our needs. A lot of space for everyone to have the flexibility to be together but split off if needed. The ice machine was a nice surprise. Tons of games, loads of towels, more dishes than expected, tvs worked great, plenty of seating outside to enjoy the lake view. They had cornhole boards, fishing gear, life jackets and lake gear. The dock was great and we rented a boat for the week. We did some morning walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing wild deer and the local horses, goats, and cows. Walmart was less than 20 minutes so we could easily stock up on groceries. Would definitely recommend this place. Owner was great at responding when we messaged. Hoping to stay again in the future!"

"My niece was getting married at a house on the lake so my sister's families and I rented this house to be able to enjoy the wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our 3 families ranging from 7 years old to 50 years old (9 people total, with beds to spare). We were less than a 5 minute pontoon ride to the wedding house which was perfect for rehearsal day and wedding day. Kathy has been extremely responsive from booking and even went above and beyond sharing a personal item to us when we were in need. Cannot say enough GREAT things about the property and the host. Thank you!"

"I needed to be in this part of GA for training with my dog. This place was closer to Hartwell Lake than other hotels. Delightful little town. The suite had everything I needed— little frig, microwave, coffee maker, room for my things, wifi, and convenient street parking. Nice coffee shop across the street and brewery restaurant around the corner. Be aware, suites 5 & 6 don’t have any windows, so if you are looking for a quiet, darker location, they are the ones for you. (An outside patio is in the works, but not yet available.) If you want natural light, pick one of the others. Overall, I was very happy and would stay here again. "

"Came down for a two fishing tournament. Place was extremely quiet and peaceful. Owner was extremely nice and professional, and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. We had no service but with the WiFi I was able to message Via the VRBO app. Will definitely stay again"
