The kitchen is very well appointed with a lot of cutlery, plates, pans, glasses, etc. Overall, it is a fantastic property. We also liked the gym and pool area. "We stayed 30 nights including the month of February. The unit was as advertised and looked and smelled clean. Tamara was a great host even left some goodies for our arrival. Everyone in the area is very kind and you feel safe walking to the beach, stores and restaurants Weather was perfect and always had a breeze. Hoping to go back next year"

"The apartment in it self was good, with some upgrade in the bedding meaning the sheets ,comforter and pillow and case i would have give it a 5 star. The outside downstairs had garbage which should not have been there, overall i enjoyed the apartment. "

Our biggest worry was the noise from the planes, but we knew that was a choice we had to make to have the both the planes, which I love to watch, and the location. "I had an amazing stay at Paul's home. I rented a car, but it is actually walking distance to stores, restaurants, nightlife, and Maho beach. The 3 bedroom home was very spacious, with AC and strong WiFi in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. You do hear music at night, and airplanes taking off but not enough to disrupt sleeping. One of the best places to stay in St Martin overall!"

"Perfect location. Mike met us at the security gate and gave us a full tour of the property. The penthouse was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and ready for us to enjoy. Restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc... nearby within a few minutes walk. 3 pools (1 saltwater) and a private beach gave us a plenty of room to lounge. The property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Wonderful place and experience. This was truly amazing. "
