"This property is beautiful and is as shown online. However, the entire island is dealing with constant power outages and this property in particular goes 10 hours + a day with no water or power. After the 2nd day of this we had to leave because it wasn’t feasible to stay. I contacted the host and he wasn’t responsive. "Very good location, as there are hiking trails nearby, and close proximity to Anse Marcel, Orient and Grand Case, to enjoy the beaches and the food. The scenery from the back patio/pool, overlooking the water, was exceptional. With Pinel island, just right there you can take a short kayak ride (provided). Latetia, was very responsive and helpful. "Stayed 2 days before and 3 days after our cruise out of Sint Marteen. Perfect for us! Very clean and Donovan has thought of everything you would need including coffee, 2 bottles of water and soda. You can walk to the grocery store, bus stop and Phillipsburg. We took a taxi to Maragot and the bus the 2nd time we went. We felt safe and comfortable. Thank you Donavan "
