"Nice cottage to stay at and unwind. We caught a nice size flathead off the jetty and the picnic area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Wish we had brought a picnic blanket. "

"The cabins were lovely, they provide everything you need to make your own meals which is a big plus. The area is nice and central but feels isolated. It’s 10 mins away from shopping centres and only a short drive to the blue mountains. Highly recommend."

"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"It was close to family that we were visiting and a very beautiful location. Fiona and Mike were really great and we would definitely come back and stay and enjoy the place more as it was so peaceful and relaxing. "

"Not as expected. Nothing was clean and the entire place and everything in it needs serious cleaning. I picked up a glass and it was grimy and sticky. The kitchen had a musty smell. I opened the 'guest guide' and bits of cheese fell out. We expected to be able to use the wood burning stove as it was very cold and were told it wasn't available for use. There are large gaps around windows&doors making it freezing cold as well as having so many uncleaned cobwebs and spiders, even in a box of...

"It's a beautiful country getaway of green grasses, farm field, small towns and running horses, where breathing in the air and walking on the ground brings balance to the soul, limbs and mind. And the owner is so kind. (I don't know what the limit is but there's room for 11.)
