"The property is set in a very nice quiet location. Parking on the premises is easy. Upon arrival all staff were very welcoming, very pleasant and enthusiastic about what they do. The hallway entrance was beautiful and the decor was very warm and homely. Our room was beautiful and had certainly been professionally designed and furnished, not shoddy or cheaply done. "Ihis is a lovely b&b. Thr room was great and quiet, with tea and coffee. Everything you need like towels and toiletries. Breakfast is superb. Very close to town centre. The only problem is the lack of parking which one can park on the street for £17 a day. Despite that, I had a great stay and fully recommend it"

"Interesting experience! Great location and value for Central Bath - both the room and parking. Would have given more stars except for these niggles: Tried to book parking in advance and as other reviews say got nowhere… On arrival we were early for check-in but called the mobile number provided at the hotel, arranged parking and room key so all ok (we thought…) , then a slight hiccup getting in at end of our evening but was quickly sorted when I messaged and was sent a very helpful video!...
