"Colonial decor, and feel."

"Its a great little cabin for a couple or solo traveler. It had a couple small kitchen applianes such as a toaster over, microwave, hot plate, toaster and dishware. It however had no pots or pans so bring them if you wish to use hot plate to cook. The only thing that wasnt favorable was how cold the floor and bathroom got due to the not well insultated flooring, once i cranked the heat in the main room and left the bathroom door open, a little while later it was warm enough to shower. "

"We came to Vermont to see some snow and get away for a weekend. The Cabin was as advertised, clean and spacious for a family of 3. The check in staff was very nice and helpful! Not far from Smugglers notch and we were able to go skiing one day."

We were celebrating two birthdays in the family over the weekend and the lake house was the perfect relaxing getaway that allowed us to spend quality time together. The view was breathtaking and the salt water hot tub was just what the Dr ordered. Paul was very responsive to any questions we had and the house was immaculate. "We are from Florida had never stayed in northern Vermont and we up for some skiing and visiting winter. This retreat worked great. Exactly as described, it is a cozy spot nestled in the mountains a short walk to Smuggler’s Notch Ski Resort and under an hour to Stowe on the other side of the mountain (when Rt 108 is closed for the winter). A great base camp to explore the area and get in some winter sports. It had everything you need and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for a great winter visit. "
