"This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had. "

Christine is a wonderful host and will help out any way she can. We really enjoyed her interior design: lots of Grateful Dead and Burning Man touches! We stayed here in January and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the backyard. Would love to come back in the summer so that we could sit out there and relax. "

"We had 9 adults staying in the house for 6 days for my brothers 60th birthday. The house was beautiful and we loved the fact that it was incredibly old, yet nicely remodeled. The neighborhood was nice and transportation (UBER) was always less than 5 minutes away. We walked to Union Station, Coors Field and the Convention Center with ease, and nobody was under 50 years old, so very nice! Local dining was spectacular. House was immaculate. Washer and Dryer was convenient to say the least. ...

I didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it had everything you need if you were staying longer. The bed and pillow were super comfy too! "

"Beautiful home. Perfect for 4-6 people , but could accommodate 8 family members. Beds were amazing. Top notch mattresses and pillows for great nights of sleep. Well set up with large master upstairs and two small bedrooms, great kitchen, dining , living room on main floor… very open…. with 4-5 stairs doen to an open tv room, with connecting bedroom and bathroom/ laundry room. Had a fantastic stay. Owner very responsive on app and text. "
