"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would...

"Awesome location to whisky row. Great location in downtown. Parking is across street but not far at all. Hotel is ultra modern. Only complaint is they need new sheets. Maybe mine were just kept too long. "

"We stayed here for two nights and received great service. ALL the staff was very friendly, the property was clean and the parking was easy. The king room we had was very spacious, clean and felt cozy. Our daughters and grandson had the room next to us which there was a connecting door. Huge plus for us as our grandson could easily go between rooms without disturbing other guest. Will defiantly stay here again. "

"Expedia you charged me 75 plus tax for a hotel I could have gotten for 67. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed at. The room smelled like pee, I felt unsafe, wasn't that clean. The description is not what it actually looked like. 1st and last time using Expedia. "
