"I didn’t like the fact that continental breakfast was advertised but there was never any. Had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. Had to keep after management to clean my room and provide me with fresh towels and wash cloths. Minor issues to some, important to me!"

"The main elevators were very concerning. They open extremely slow, however they close as you are walking in. The door slammed into my son's shoulder.
