This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.

I stayed here for one night but wish it could have been longer. The location is great to the local neighborhood bars and restaurants. It is small, yes, but has everything you need. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

We had a wonderful stay here! Great for a short trip with the best location. We could walk to coffee shops, pizza, boutiques, and more. Residential neighborhood was lovely and could drive easily anywhere we wanted to go. Met the host and they were great! Highly recommend!
