"When we arrived it was super easy to get in due to the fact that they send all the information needed before you even start your trip. As we entered the house it was super clean and well stocked to accommodate everything you would need for not only adults but small children as well. They even have a safety gate and alarms on the doors so you know if a child has exited the door to the pool. The pool was super clean as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find as well. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends and family. "

"My son and family live in Tarpon Springs and needed to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. We booked this unit listed and I messaged Mark (the host) to see if they could check in earlier because the storm was going to make landfall during the time of checkin. He told me he had a different property in Kissimmee that they could come at 1:30 pm and even offered me a discount rate because he was trying to help evacuees. We jumped at the offer and my son said the place was amazing. They were able to ride out the storm in comfort and did not lose power. I live in Raleigh NC and even though I still worried this took a lot of worry off me knowing they were safe and away from the evacuation zones. Thank you so much Mark!! You are an angel!! "
