"Chaos at reception when i arrived but everything else was great"

"Simple check in and out, wide breakfast variety, aircon however was noisy when on during the night, and the water pressure for the shower was not overly powerful. Easy to find and access. "

"The staff were lovely, the room shower everything was lovely and clean. Unfortunately for me the mattress was a little bit thin, and that wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. Everything else I didn't have a problem with."

"Lovely large room and comfortable bed with nice bedding. The cost was less than other hotels in the area. However I don’t think the room had been fully prepared - there was no loo roll, the lights in the corridor outside were turned off (making it difficult to get into the room!) and there was no milk with the tea & coffee tray. Breakfast was poor so I didn’t have any… However I would stay again due to great location and reasonable cost."

"Athletes village is just next to our son's halls of residence so very very convenient. Parking was good. Staff, especially at check in, were lovely. Would definitely stay again. "
