"Very good hotel and staff, let down by attention to detail. TV system needed the channel list updating and fixing - BBC1 was on channel 2 and named "BBC 2" and vice versa. Neither channel presented EPG information. Other channels were out-dated. No directions to restaurant/bar/breakfast - you had to know the name of the restaurant/bar to be able to find them - and "50 The Street" isn't obvious! Sent an email inviting me to check-out online, but every effort to do so was met with a error about...

Room 7 however had a large extractor fan right outside the window and was a little noisy. Only fault in an otherwise excellent stay with a fantastic optional breakfast.
