"Beautiful property with absolutely delightful beachside location. Delicious breakfast overlooking the sea, aperitivo under the pines along the beach, private beach access in a beautiful cove, cannot be faulted. Grounds are gorgeous. Room really left a lot to be desired for the price. Somewhat uninspired, hard bedding, loud creaky half-functional air conditioning, lack of ventilation/windows, no coffee making facility, etc. Dinner was very good and struck a nice balance between simple cooking...

"Lotzorai is a very nice small town. We felt very safe and peaceful here. The bakery is a hidden gem. The property is new, built well and has all we need. We had very good time here."

"Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...

"Mobile home was quite dirty. The windows and glass door were almost not transparent and closets has musty smell. On the other hand location is great directly by the sea and Gennargentu National Park is close by"
