"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

A coffee-maker with sufficient coffee and a washing machine with two detergent pods were provided and worked well. We hung our clothes to dry, using the many hangers in the closets. "This was a great stay for a last minute booking we did on our trip to Lake Como. It was perfect for two people wanting to explore the general area by taking day trips. It had all the basics and felt great to walk out and be in close proximity to the ferry port, train station and places to eat. Communication was also great and we appreciated the attention from the agency. We recommend this place if you don’t have a “hotel experience” expectation. "

We really appreciated the welcome package too on arrival, with food, snacks and wine. However, the apartment is quite far away from the main town area. We didn't mind the walk down to the centre as it was all downhill, but the walk back was pretty tough (and we are late 20s and consider ourselves quite fit!).
