"Inside this historical building lies a hidden gem! We were upgraded to the King Deluxe suite without asking (& for free!) with a hot tub. The room was clean, the hot tub was perfect, and the bed was heavenly. We will definitely be staying here again if in the area. The manager was so kind & readily available. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs but we didn’t use it. You can’t beat this place - especially for the price! :)"

"We are originally from the Quad Cities and now live in Minnesota. We were going to be in town for my father in law’s 90th birthday and needed space for our large family (8 adults and 4 kids under 6) & I didn’t want separate hotel rooms. This house worked out very well! Very kid friendly- we appreciated the child locks on the door handles! Plenty of bedrooms and lots of space to hang out. Also a nice little park/playground within walking distance! Would stay here again if our whole family is coming down to the Quad Cities!"
