"We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back! Even detail was perfect, down to the s’more fixins. The hosts attended to us making sure we had what we needed, while also giving us space to relax. The quiet countryside and mountain air was just what we needed. We’re already planning a time to return."

"Excellent cabin. Very nice and very clean. We were 2 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. Loved the "back yard" of the cabin. Lots of grassy room for kids to play. Nice fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. People who worked there could not have been nicer. Very kind and helpful. "Carla's cabin is an oasis of peace and relaxation. It is tucked into the woods and up against a mountain, offering an escape from the heat wave in the valley. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to bird song and watching the hummingbirds. As usual, the house was well-appointed, comfortable and super clean. We keep coming back because we feel so peaceful there. So many whippoorwills! And Carla is the BEST host."

"This is our fourth stay here and we love it! The seclusion, peaceful hikes, fun pool table, comfy beds and all around great place❤️❤️ We went into town of Strasburg to Dominion Doggery and had the best burgers ever! Neighbor Martha also makes the best brownies ever! It’s so peaceful and quiet and our favorite thing is to sit on the covered porch and just watch the nature 🌸🌸🌸🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🦌🦌🦌"
