"Great place to stay for two or three days. Only had one full day there. Morning hike to Campground and around Edinburgh in the morning. Afternoon ised fire pit by the river watched a football game on the tablet we brought. Roasted a few marshmallows. Generous check in and check out times, very good high-speed Internet. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely on the inside with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and very comfortable living room. Nice thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with snacks was much appreciated. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the porch and the peaceful, private location. Don’t be fooled by the rustic outside - once you get inside the laid back stress-free vibe will take over and you’ll love being there. Spectacular Mountain Views & sunsets from the deck.

"Didn’t know much about the area but came to meet up with friends from NC since it is about the same distance for both of us (coming from Philly). The house was beautiful. You can tell it has been meticulously updated. There was plenty of space for me and my husband, along with our toddler and my friend and her 4-year-old daughter. Communication was easy and reliable. "

"This was a beautiful home in a cute little town. We enjoyed the space of the home, as well as the fire pit and jetted bath tub. It was a decent distance from Skyline Drive, so still accessible! There was an issue with the upstairs toilet missing a piece to flush correctly, but not a big deal for us at all. FYI for those considering renting, owner states that pool passes are not necessary for the place that they have a membership at. We didn’t get a chance to use that amenity, but for future...

Beautiful hide-away

"We really enjoyed our stay. Even though we live just 30 miles away, we felt removed from the daily grind and enjoyed a few days of relaxation with a view! We were a little nervous about the drive way but the minivan handled it fine (thankfully no winter weather to contend with). Great location- enjoyed Woodstock Cafe and Seven Bends park nearby. Convenient to grab groceries at Walmart. Would definitely come back for a break in the future! Thank you!"
