"Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. "The hotel is located on a mountain, with incredible views of Los Gigantes and the ocean from the balcony. Warm pool in January, two high-quality restaurants with delicious dishes. The rooms are comfortably designed with large balconies and sun loungers. Responsive and professional staff, very polite and hospitable. "Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!"

"I meant to stay at the Sunset Harbour Club with friends but accidentally booked the wrong place. Luckily this was only a 15 minute walk from there. I found the room excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the facilities as I was meeting friends elsewhere each day so didn't really use them, but what I saw looked good. Lots of things going on if staying on site. Would recommend. "

"I love this property because it was remote enough that you don't hear noise of other tourists walking past. The apartment was lovely, large in space for 2 adults and 2 children. And the views of the balcony are to die for"

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"I was a bit skeptical after looking at reviews. But this hotel is great, it is a bit of a hike down to town but its €7 in a taxi for 4 of us, not alot really, and kinda enjoyed being away from the madness.. i also rented a car which was handy also.. "

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help."

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
