It is centrally located, so it did not take long to get to different attractions and events as well as wonderful food! "The house was very clean and pretty well stocked. Really cute electric fireplace. Big airy living room with open floor plan to the kitchen. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The neighborhood seemed a bit concerning at first (being just outside of downtown) but turned out to be quite nice and very centrally located. The nearby restaurants were good especially Cocina Azul which was exceptional!"

"It was very comfortable and roomy enough. Very quiet neighborhood for being so close to Central. Convenient to zoo and aquarium. We enjoyed our week stay. Our only complaint is that they may not be used to a full house staying for a week. We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Besides that it was really nice and would stay in the future."

"As constant travelers and host, this home was perfect for relaxation and hosting a big dinner with friends. There was only 4 of us, but would have had room to fit 6 easily. The beds were so comfy, we did not need to bring our pillows from home. Towels were better than most hotels, and there was plenty for showers and for use in the hot tub. Attention to details go a long way, having plenty of dish soap, trash bags, and even dishwasher/laundry pods, mean a lot to us. The kitchen was well stocked...

The location is perfect for us - close to Nob Hill and walkable to the University, not to mention all manner of shops and restaurants and even an independent movie theater and a food coop. Kris made the experience simple. Access was easy, place is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It couldn’t be better. We’ll be back. "

The place was very clean and had nice amenities that other properties sometimes don't offer (like snacks at arrival, robes for the hot tub, waters in the fridge). The owners were very helpful and quick to answer any questions and checked in through email to make sure we had everything we needed."

"Perfect location in the heart of old town, Easiest walk you could imagine to shoppes, restaurants, coffeehouses. Great patio to sit and enjoy the morning and evenings. Place was a great size, clean, had every thing we could have wanted. Definitely recommend. "
