"The condo was perfect! Eric was always easy to get ahold of and was always curtious! We will be back! "

"Unit was very clean,quiet and in a perfect location to the beach,shops and restaurants. The condo however did not have beach towels ,dish towels and dish dry rack which would have made things a little easier but did not affect our vacation in any way. King size bed was very comfy."

"We had a wonderful time at the house. It was exactly what we expected. However, the place is not a 2 or 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s closer to a 18/20 minute walk.Jonathan, our host, was very receptive to our needs and helped us in many ways. Good job , Jonathan "

"First time visitors to Sayulita! We enjoyed our stay. The location was a bit of an issue owing to uneven roads and dirt roads leading to property. The rooftop hot tub area was lacking in good furniture which may not be an owner issue but appeared more shabby and was for the most part uncomfortable! The viewing area for sunrise and sunsets was real nice! The inside room furniture needs an upgrade as is not firm any longer. "

"The casita is adorable! Tastefully decorated with bright Mexican colors and all the comforts of home. The view from the terrace is unbeatable, and the casita is steps away from the beach which is much quieter than the downtown area. We will be back for sure!"

"The check in process was a bit of a nightmare, was told the lock code was 6 digits, but there was a key lock next to the door entering the unit with only 4 digits. I figured there must’ve been a mistake with either the code given or possibly the wrong unit number. I messaged the host asking for help and it took them about 12 hours to respond. The front desk was nice enough but they said they have nothing to do with the Vrbo properties and to contact the host. After hanging around for a couple...

"We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay"

"The place was very clean and the bed is super comfortable. A tile broke in our washroom and our host had it fixed that day, he was very hands on with anything that we needed. We would stay here again."

"Me gustó la limpieza de la abitación y en general del hotel, trato amable por parte de la recepcionista. Mi único comentario es que deberían de dar dos llaves, ya que algunas veces ocupas salir dejando a alguien adentro de la abitación, quien puede llegar a dormirse o esta dentro del baño y no este disponible para abrirte."

"Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The folks at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay so easy. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. We had absolutely no issues! We rented a golf cart on site one day to get to a wedding nearby in our high heels, but other than that, Hotel Ysuri was very close to town and many local beaches so we were able to walk. As two women traveling alone, we cannot emphasize how safe we felt at all times in town and around the property. We cannot wait to come again and spend more time here. "

"This is the BEST place to go if you want a rest and recharge. The beach is pristine andthe staff is amazing. Yes, it's an older building but they keep it so clean and update the best that they can. If you are expecting 5 star it's not for you. If you want the best location and staff and a very clean hotel, then give this place a try. "

"Was a great stay! Mario the chef is very talented, food was delicious, Victor our server at the restaurant Baklava was attentive and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and bed was really comfortable. Location is a bit of a distance from Bucarius, beach rocky, although once you settle in, you really don’t need to go anywhere. We did a beach crawl on the way back from Bucarius and it was a blast! Lovely stay!"
