They did a deep cleaning during my stay. Improved cleanliness and customer service.

Very rude housekeeper (Puerto Rican man named Joseph) who leaves pantry, kitchen, and bathrooms dirty most of the time.

The housekeeper is extremely rude and it's a roach motel in the kitchen and pantry. I only stay here due to the location for work.

Live in cleaner is lazy and the bathrooms and kitchen are always dirty. The toilets always have pee on them.

The bathroom with the only shower is constantly clogged. I asked the house manager to unclog it and he said he did not want to. I finally unclogged it after it being clogged forever a day just so I can shower without the stinch of poo. The kitchen is cleaned only a day and is VERY dirty most of the time.

The only working shower had a toilet that always was clogged. The house manager let it sit for days. I asked him to unplug it and he said he didn't want to. I finally did it myself so I can shower without the stinch of poo. The other bathrooms are similar. The kitchen and bathrooms are very poorly maintained. The kitchen is. Only cleaned onde a day and is barely mopped.

Lacked hospitality. False advertisement. Bathrooms were filthy. The bunk i slept in had a smell of mildew, wires were popping out of wall and there were spiders (daddy long legs) property definitely needs pluming, pest control and bedding. The people were kind. The housing and stay was awful.
