"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"It's converted from a mansion, but the property still in excellent condition, heating system is good, water pressure for shower is perfect. Friendly and hospitable staffs. I was also provided some travel tips how to explore the main attractions of the city. Small court yard and common area are lovely and cozy. "Perfect spot in Metz between old town and new. Very walkable. Beautiful grounds. Only complaint was AC. Called down to front, but still unable to cool. Thankfully it was a pleasant night so we could open a window. Gave great recommendations on dinner and a coffee shop in AM."

"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. "A perfect place to stay after a day of driving across Europe on route to your final destination. Quiet, well priced, clean, comfortable bed, lovely shower. While the town seems sparse, there’s a selection of supermarkets and restaurants as well as a Designer Outlet locally. "This hotel is wonderful value. Clearly an old building, it has been renovated inside to be open and welcoming. The bathroom in a single room was half the size of the room, with an effective modern shower. The restaurant meal was excellent. The 22 minute drive to industrial Contern was easy, with no traffic to speak of."
