"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clearly renovated recently. I was with a baby and the layout was great- entry hall with WC and a door to the room, so i was ablw to meave the srroller and shoes there, shower/sink area also had a door. Furniture was simple... i felt comfortable letting my little one crawl around and pull herself up. There was one spot that housekeeping missed (under the luggage rack) so i used my suitcase to block it. Only cons were: Steps at both entrances. Staff...

"Excellent building and exterior architecture.super location. Bathroom are nice and updated..bedrooms not so. No lockbox in room and entry key is old and too large to carry in pocket. Requires you to drop off and pickup. Enjoyed the stay and the location but still needs updating. I was at the hotel 20 years ago and it has improved a bit since then."
