Wonderful vacation
This property was exactly as advertised. The neighbourhood was perfect for us - close to the lap pool as well as community centre, boutiques and restaurants. The owner Christina and property manager Rudolfo were readily available if we needed them. We highly recommend this property.

Primo Location and Comfortable, Light, and Cheery
Three of us from California returning to Loreto for the 6th time. This Casa is different from so many others. It is filled with light and comfortable furnishings. It feels like a cool Mexican flat with enough tradition to remind you are on holiday. We cooked all of our meals in-house and didn't need to search for anything to cook a meal. It is our favorite neighborhood in Loreto Bay. Steps from the lap pool, steps from the beach and surrounded by nice neighbors and beautiful paseos and gardens. I will definitely stay here again.

Fifth stay in Loreto Bay
We liked the central location and convenience of this Casa. Very well laid out and efficient. An asset would be male and female bicycles. We were able to rent some but they were difficult to find.

Loreto Bay and this home were amazing!!
This was our first trip to Loreto and our first time using VRBO. The house was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked with bed and bathroom linens, beach towels, and kitchen appliances and dishes. There is a new sectional couch and wall mounted tv, which is very comfortable. We used the upstairs deck and outdoor kitchen every day. The neighborhood felt very safe. Staff patrolled the whole area daily. The pools, beach, and loreto bay golf course are each just a short walk from the house. There is some shopping and a food market nearby. I highly recommend this stay.

Love Loreto!!!
Excellent location as you're close to town as well as a hotel with great food and drinks (at great prices), two pools and a fabulous beach with super soft sand. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great coffee/breakfast joint just a couple of minutes walk away. Also, I got a great massage also within the complex. I had one of the greatest meals ever at Mi Loreto in town (have to try the mole) and Thrifty ice cream (haven't had since I was little). The complex has everything you need (restaurants, bars, etc) and our casita was perfect for a family or 2 couples as there's 2 separate sleep/ shower areas. One of the most relaxing trips ever!

Loreto, Our favorite destination
Whereas we love Loreto, have been 3 times now, we cant reccommend this property for two reasons. 1. The living room furniture was not suitable for comfort or lounging at all. When we arrived the Living room furniture consisted of one dusty futon couch with solid wood armrests and one 5’ hardwood church pew/ park bench with a nearly verticle back. We found it nearly impossible to get comfortable with any number of throw pillows. So... we contacted Christine and she said that a replacement couch was on the way. And within a few days it showed up! she sent us a 4’ all metal springy frame, outdoor patio chair with string detachable seat cushions and thin steel armrests. This thing was no better than the padded church pew. 2. This unit was in need of a good deep cleaning. Appears to have only been superficially cleaned for quite awhile. Location was great.

Beautiful place in the right location
Loreto Bay Villa was in a great location and exceeded most of our expectations - it was clean, well-appointed, and easily accessed. That said, and at the risk of sounding like I'm complaining (I'm not), I suggest these very minor improvements: provide soap for the dishwasher and washing machine to ease the checkout process; warn tenants that only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom; the most current WiFi password info is located on the router in the unit; some lightbulbs were out and needed replacement. Thanks!

Another Great Visit To Loreto
Our second year at this development and we will be returning every year. This give you the option of having many English speaking visitors or you can go into town and speak some Spanish. Though most of these properties have similar designs, we liked this one for a couple of reasons. First we don't think you need a third floor birds nest so, the second floor deck was bigger and more inviting. There is a built in grill that worked great. Also, some of the villas have a design where you have to go into the courtyard to get to the lower bedroom and bathroom. This one has indoor access which we liked. Make sure you go to the store first thing to get water, ice and maybe baggies or plastic wrap/aluminum foil along with your food. The kitchen is well equipped and nicely designed. Some small things which didn't bother us too much: the fan light is broken so makes the room a bit darker and the television cable was not working. The Olympics were on but it was fine not to watch. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. The master upstairs has a big older unit and it was a bit noisy so we opened the windows and got the cool breeze at night. all windows are screened so that is great. Also the master has a big walk in closet. The only change I would make as an owner is either replace the desk with a dresser or get a new wardrobe piece. We were traveling for a month and like to put our clothes away. There was not place to do this in the master a television took up all the room. I would definitely recommend this property.

Loved It!!
Loreto is amazing! Great food, wonderful drinks and warm weather all at a very inexpensive price. Unlike many locations in Mexico, Loreto is not overcrowded and is super inexpensive. Our accommodations were excellent. Room for 4 with internet, tvs, air conditioning and just a minute walk to the beach (or pool). Will definitely be back.

PHENOMENAL TRIP
Absolutely love the villa in Nopolo. What a great villa...had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable...a perfect home away from home. So close to the beach and pool and there were amazing restaurants just around the corner with very healthy and excellent tasting food and many other great restaurants within walking distance. So easy to get to from the airport and a very friendly and safe feeling community. And town was just minutes away for when we wanted to go shopping. Recommend a boat trip to Coronado Island...a fun trip. I couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and ease of the setting up the stay! Highly recommend this Villa!

Clean quiet getaway
Casa is as pictured and described. Close to beach and pools in quiet resort neighborhood. Felt very safe. Recommend renting a car for sightseeing off property and going into town for a real Mexican experience. Christina was very helpful and answered our questions promptly.

Great place for our family vacation
The house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the twin beds and their own tv was a treat! The master suite was great. I didn't expect it to be separated as much as it is from the main floor but it all worked out. We had plenty of space to do what we wanted and thanks for the wifi, that helped me keep in touch! The kitchen had what we needed. The community is great and we used at least one of the lap pool, owners pool or hotel pool everyday. Beach access is easy and convenient. We loved walking to the Corazon cafe in the morning for a coffee or smoothie. We also visited other restaurants in the village, all easily accessible on foot. The grounds crew keeps all of the sidewalks looking amazing and everyone is friendly and ready with a smile. My kids loved practicing their new Spanish words with everyone they passed.

Gorgeous vacation place
All of us, 2 adults and 3 kids (2 teenagers among them) just loved the place and the whole neighborhood of Nopolo! We have been to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Cancun, Caribbean, Puerto Vallarta, but this time topped it off in overall experience for us. We also had a car (although not really needed, as the area has everything in the walking distance) and explored the surroundings - Villa Palmar (gorgeous beach, you would have to come close to sunset though and use their restaurant to avoid being charged for using it) and Loreto itself, in which we only liked a few blocks between the Malecon and the Mission. But if you are staying longer than a few days, then there are fantastic beaches north and south from it. Christina's place is very spacious, has 2 floors, a little courtyard with a fountain, a huge sundeck with bbq and a sink upstairs, nice furniture, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs (we hardly watched it), WiFi, and a full kitchen we used all the time. There are 2 food/convinience stores literally across the street, open daily, good veggies, fruits, milk and cheese, tortillas, frozen Baja seafood, etc., and 7 restaurants in the walking distance. The snorkeling near the rock only 1/4 mile away was great, so was swimming in the shallow sea with very small waves. The water was still 75-76F on Thanksgiving weekend, very clear. The beach itself was nice, but not as wide and the sand was more brownish than white. We used the courts (tennis stadium), 2 miles away, as well as the gorgeous heated swimming lap pool, only 150 feet away. The landscaping, homes architectural designs, view of the mountains and the sea, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, safety/security and absence of crowds were remarkable. But if you are a party type, this place is not for you. In this case, Vallarta or Cabo would be better. But for us it was exactly what we needed. Hope to be back someday!
