Great residence, perfect location
Honestly, the check-in process to get into the house was a nightmare. Despite messaging the check in person with questions that I had with regard to entry very few of those messages were returned, and none were returned with the code to the door lock. We came in after 5 PM so it was dark, had no access to Internet nor email And the entry code was buried in the series of non-important emails. Given our precarious situation with not having entry into the home the first night, I was very close to renting a hotel room across the street. My daughter was able to get a hold of somebody on the phone about 6 PM and they recited the entry code And we were able to enter the residence. Please make sure your staff answers messages quickly. They also need to prioritize emails where many are sent with ones that are critical such as the listing of the numbers to the entry code to the home.
