"The staff is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel, directly across the road from the metro station, is perfect for access to public transit to Montreal and surrounding areas. The room was clean overall, but vacuuming could have been more thorough. I appreciated the eco-friendly options for housekeeping and clear instructions for how to choose your level of impact. "

"This is a 2-star motel (albeit it says Hotel). Great for a pitstop (and lower cost). However, the rooms, despite being smoke free, due to the doors opening to the outside, it is clear alot of smoke comes back in rooms, or guests "smoke" in the doorway. In my case, there were still glasses of water with cigarette butts by the street door, that smelled - and only adds to the problem with wanting to air out your room. The service was great... but the property is definitely in bad shape. And...
