"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good location right next to Picadilly station. We ate in the bar restaurant on one night and the food was very good. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again when we are next in the city."

"We arrived far too early for check in but the staff still tried to find us a room. This wasn’t necessary as we were planning to explore the city. But as soon as we arrived the lobby, reception, and restaurant were all very well maintained and decorated charmingly for the Christmas period. "Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Excellent location. The only issue was the restaurant which was extremely loud and not ideal for our group. The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "

"The hotel is very accessible to the airport. I will use again for the convenience. Staff are friendly but check in I found to be slow at times due to not enough staff on reception area. Good is fantastic. I only had three breakfast but I was more than pleased. Also stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after checkout so that I could collect when my flight was ready to check in.
