Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. Safe in room, lovely big telly, comfy bed, tea coffee sugar, biscuits and little milks left for us. Gorgeous Arran toiletries..Nice gardens, and a wee fun putting green too. "
