"It was right on the water and we created so many memories In this house. Kiddos loved the open floor plan amd had blast as well Starting from check In to check our the process was so smooth. Property manager was spmlimd and helpful."

"House was large enough for 10 of us. Enough room to congregate in the kitchen, living room & outdoor patio; and large enough to sprawl out for down-time. House was clean; beds & couches were comfortable. Community wave pool, splash pad, and water obstacle were our kids fave part of the rental. It was a surprise to us that there was additional fee for this because it was not mentioned on the initial listing but in the end the fee was worth it for us. "We had an awesome time. The house was neat, clean, quiet and in great shape. Definitely more than enough room for the 10 of us. The kids had a great time at the swimming pool area which contained a wave pool and a pool with an obstacle course. Mary Beth was wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful with regard to the home as well as The Peninsula. "

"Grand Slam III house was everything it was advertised to be! It was a wonderful home with ample space for our 3 generation family. I can’t think of a single thing missing from this home. The location was also fantastic, near the pools, athletic center and clubhouse. We will always have wonderful memories of our vacation at the Peninsula."

"An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home. Certainly, I would come back and enjoy more time in future."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in a super cute and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, made smores with the grill, took walks and played in the yard. Cape Henlopen and Rehobeth Beach are within 30 minutes and both are beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and shops close by as well. We have already recommended this place to our friends who are looking to travel soon and we will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much. The property manager was easy to get in touch with any issues and questions. Our only disappointment was not knowing the pool would be closed the week we were there, but know for next time to check the dates. We plan to book again next year!"

"The property was extremely clean. House was larger than anticipated. Check in was easy, the property manager was responsive. We had fun with the kids and the golf cart. The pools are about a 5-7 minute golf cart ride away. It requires multiple trips with a large party. The beach is around 4 minutes away with a golf cart. The community is not walkable. Everyone takes their golf cart to get around. The cooking accessories in the kitchen could use an update. Old pots/pans/cutting...

"The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus."

"Getting into the house was a little confusing for my uncle as it was presented as a digital lock and not an actual lockbox where you need to locate the lockbox, use the combo to get the actual house key. Saying it is a digital lock should in fact say lockbox to open and collect key. There is only one key."

"House was spectacularly clean!! Has every thing you need for cooking and preparing anything in the kitchen! Very spacious . Could use more living room furniture. The host was waiting for us when we got there and there was a little miss communication on their end . Overall a great place to stay 45 minutes from beaches. "
