"Here for 2 nights as part of a trip round Vietnam. Great views of the Mekong delta and river traffic from a river view room. We were on floor 14. 19 floors in total and there is an infinity pool on the 19th floor which is a nice place to cool off with phenomenal views. The hotel is connected to Sense City shopping centre by a walkway which is quite nice to use when traffic is heavy. "Nice newer hotel, very contemporary in decor. Young staff so they do not have the customer focused skills as older staff. Breakfast buffet was good but seating arrangement makes for a tight fit. Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and shops. "

"I used to book MT hotel in Ha long and enjoyed my staying. But this time, at Can Tho I didn’t enjoy the hotel that much. The facility ran down. It smelled fishy on the evening of my stay, right in the lobby and the hall way of the 17th floor."

"The place was immaculate, real oasis to unwind and switch off. Beautiful rooms and grounds of the hotel. The only downside where prices. While i understand its a 5 star hotel they really charging A LOT for food and drinks comparing to other similar rank hotels. We were gratefull for early check in and late check out. Thank you to all lovely staff who looked after us"

"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...

"The staff were wonderful. The bed in my room could not be approached from one side, and the corners of the bed could cause injury by striking them on passing, with an ankle or lower leg. The shower area was small, and it was difficult to shower properly without making contact with the shower water controls."
