"Regatta Point condos are beautiful. Their location overlooking the bay to the east of Georgetown towards Stockting Island is wonderful. Nancy, the property manager, is excellent. She was very available and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay"

"Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"This was a difficult review to write. The owner of the property was very nice! She was very responsive and easy to work with. She picked us up upon arrival and helped us with a rental car. However...the pictures on the website did not accurately represent the unit we were put in. The pictures show a large sectional couch, when in fact the unit has a tiny uncomfortable futon that our 6ft 2in son had to sleep on. The unit was clean and bug free but very worn, think very old Motel 6. The blanket...

"its hard to pick which is more amazing, the house and beach or the hosts, Peter and Betty. walk out the door to one of the most picturesque and tranquil beaches you can imagine. close by groceries and supplies as well as the amazing fish fry. this was our third time and there will be more.
