"The staff were very friendly. The room is very dated (it looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website) - the carpet is dirty, and there is an odor (old, damp). I chose this property specifically because it had a pool. However, it was only open Thursday and closed Friday through Sunday. "

"With so many hotel options in Chicago it was a bit nerve-wracking to pick one. But I am SO GLAD we stayed at L7 Chicago by Lotte. The room and lobby were beautiful! Just gorgeous. "Lovely view and clean room. Room was next to the elevator so a bit noisy…luck of the draw, I suppose. However the bedding felt of lower quality than the last time I stayed there. And he rooms felt a little dated compared to other hotels of this quality. Overall, a nice stay in a good hotel."

"The room was very clean and the check-in was very quick. They provide free shuttle service around the clock. Just call the hotel to make sure you know where to go, but usually it’s terminal two. Overall, I would say it’s a pretty good choice for the money and the bed is also very comfortable. Plus, you have very spacious tables along the wall to spread out your luggage so you don’t have to put it on the floor."
