"If you like beautiful mountain views, you will love this cottage. It is up a steep gravel one lane road. My large, two wheel drive SUV did okay with that but putting it in low gear helped a little more. You must go very slowly and watch for ruts and holes in the road. Thankfully, I never met another vehicle coming in the opposite direction as there are deep ruts on each side of the road. But the Fall colors were on full display and we did not want to leave. "We visited just after the remnants of a tropical storm has passed through. Power was there in the cabin, but internet connection was not. The owner bent owner backwards to help restore (things were confusing during this period). The location of this cabin is convenient for those who want to have good access to a number of hiking and other activities in the north GA mountains. Plus pretty close to food stores, etc."

"Stayed with my husband and father-in-law while in town for a nearby wedding and all three of us instantly fell in love with the place. Perfect size for the three of us, cozy and charming with so many options for sitting and enjoying the outdoors or indoors, so clean and well maintained, so much to offer! It really felt like a comfortable home and not just a place we were renting for a few days. Not to mention the area itself is so quiet and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would come back...

"Very Welcoming and warm feeling. It’s was very clean, and offered so much space. We loved the coffee bar! The porches for outdoor sitting are wonderful. It close enough to Helen and Cleveland which we visited both. Helen for the October fest and Cleveland for the Cabbage Patch Hospital. We will stay there again on our next visit to Helen. I was able to contact our host so easily. She would answer within the hour. I recommend this beautiful home to anyone planning to visit the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was everything advertised. The downstairs bedroom is cooler than upstairs but probable only applies in the peak summer months. The only downside is there is really nowhere to walk your dog. And you have to be on your game when exiting the driveway. But overall we would stay there again. "
