"Was there Sun-Thur for a business convention/conference. Myself and an associate stayed there, each had our own bedroom. It was perfect. Clean. Fridge even had some food. Full kitchen. They had coffee for us. Plenty of towels, washer/dryer… it was absolutely perfect. Great view. Quiet. Easy to get in/out of property with magnetic fob and easy to get into apt with the 4 digit door code. Was totally perfect."

"This condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. The little balcony was a nice treat. Lay out with 2 separate bed/bath was great. Walking distance from the convention center and near many restaurants, it was almost a perfect place to stay during a week long conference. Challenges were mostly related to the keys and communication. The front desk didn't have the envelop we were supposed to pick up and after saying there wasn't anything they could do to help, they did call the owner...

Besides that the apartment itself is very convenient, cozy, its location is great: a pool, jacuzzi and a tennis court right there; very convenient access to highways, supermarkets, marina, the Centre of Long Beach. The owner of the apartment is always available and very helpful."

"The house was in quiet part of town. There was a grocery store and restaurant on the same block (although not a ton of choice otherwise). It was good to have parking on site. The beach was undergoing restoration so it was a little hard to get to, but it was close. "

"This apartment is ideally located close to the Long Beach Convention Center and other venues -- I walked to everything. The host had great communications, answered all my questions. Check in and out was clear and easy. A cute apartment in a 100-year-old building oozing with charm. The only note I would make clear is that the bed is a pullout sofa, and by nature these mattresses tend to be a bit lumpy, though there is a blow up mattress to add support. "The Penthouse was a perfect location for our family of 8. We were in Long Beach for our Grand Daughter to participate in a gymnastics competition at the Convention Center. It was a great place with plenty of room, and was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to see and do while we were there."
