"We were in town to visit our new grandbaby and Noah's place is close to my daughter's place so it was very convenient for us. But we were pleasantly surprised to find the unit is in the same block as a coffee shop, pizza restaurant and wine bar. What more do you need?? The unit itself is VERY nice for a "garden" unit, doesn't feel like a basement unit at all. And it's well stocked with all the necessities. "Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted."

"We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection."
