The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. While the property is in a stunning location it is run down and poorly maintained. For example, the property was advertised as having airconditioning: there were mini units in each room that had ducts connected to the windows. "Amazing location. AC and hot water worked, beds comfortable. Tea kettle and tea/coffee basket were appreciated. Nice to have a lift available for the 4th floor apartment. Pretty quiet if windows closed. Downsides were overall rundown and dirty feeling inside the apartment. Price reflects that this wasn’t going to be a 4-5 star hotel so it’s a decent stay if you plan to be out enjoying London and not hanging out in the apartment very much."

"The property is well maintained. Location is perfect , we were able to walk to quiet a few attractions. I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. I will give 10 stars for the staff at the front desk and breakfast area, always approachable and responsive. "
