"After a long day on the road, it was a disappointing stay on New Years Eve. The access to the hotel was very hazardous. The entrance was not clearly marked and hidden by other businesses. We arrived after dark. The TV did not work. The front desk did not answer the phone to help. The pet area was very trashy. No where else to walk the dog on grass. The breakfast was excellent. The heating system was very loud/no shutoff. "

"The reception at the hotel was warm and friendly. The rooms are very clean and have been updated. The only negative comment is that the rooms could use new chairs. Would recommend!"
