The pillows were flat and old. The ironing board and iron needs to be replaced. The lighting in the room is terrible Ventilation in bathroom needs replacing. The moisture from showers just hung in the air. Could not get my hair to do anything after curling it 3 times. Sorry but I will not stay there again or recommend the place. Also I was over charged by Expedia by almost 20.00 and told there was one room left when they had 30 plus rooms available. I was charged 83.00 The room rent was only 59.00 Expedia is a BIG RIP OFF!!!!

Our room had mold in the shower curtain liner and in the window hvac unit, couldnt use it. Pillows were very sweat stained and flat. Service was excellent however and Bonnie was very pleasant. The morning breakfast was very mediocre. The location felt very safe and rhere is a starbucks on the same property for anyone wanting to grab coffee on the go.

I was pleasantly surprised at the room comfort and cleanliness in general, but my bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. When inasked about putting in a work order i was told the sinks in the hotel lacked the vent hole so all of them do that, and if i out my hands in the water and made circular motions over the drain that would allow it to drain properly. I said that was disgusting and she agreed but had no other suggestions. Also the hot breakfast was not good, but there is a Starbucks, bojangles, and McDonald’s within walking distance

The property was very clean. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was poor. Breakfast was 6am to 9am, but nothing was put out until another guest went and woke up the staff. There was minimal items for the breakfast, the bacon was not fully cooked, the eggs were very similar to survival powdered eggs and the other items were never put out. There were 6 tiny donuts for all the guests. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It might be better to not even offer a breakfast if you are not going to at least have the items for guests. Many guests that left before the staff was there to put some things out, left without nothing. I will probably not use this location again. This was a first time use of the Red Roof Inn and it did not leave a good impression.

We paid much more for other rooms on this trip, but this was by far the best. Big, clean and the staff was available. We have never stayed at Red Roof before. Used four different chains on this trip, but we were so surprised by what we got for our money that we joined their rewards program. Wonderful value!!
