The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. "Good location base. Original room a bit of a small layout but we were luckily offered another choice of room available which we took. Staff friendly and very helpful. Communal areas need refurbishing as heavy use. Busy area so if on lower levels can hear outside but have to expect this in a city. Lots of places to eat nearby. "
