The host was very helpful and prompt with his replies to my messages. His tips for getting around London and to-and-from Heathrow were excellent. Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. "I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"A cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes."
