"Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht über den See. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben sehr vollständig und man kann sich auch an Regentagen gut beschäftigen, die im Oktober durchaus vorkommen können. In dieser Zeit ist es auch sehr ruhig in Belgirate, daher waren wir dankbar für die Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps in der Mappe. Darüber hinaus ist die Vermieterin immer ansprechbar für Fragen."

"Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Das Apartment + Garage(2,20m Einfahrtshöhe) + Pool fanden wir wie im Exposé beschrieben, in tadellosem Zustand vor. Wenn wir noch Fragen hatten, war die Kommunikation vor Ort schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders der Freisitz mit Grill und Markise lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu buchen."

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...
