"I truly felt like I was part of the family welcome by everybody spoken to by everybody everyone had great big smiles were very welcoming and accommodating nothing was ever too much trouble I think I must have laughed every day with everybody I had cookery lesson and the chefs who are talented should be step-by-step each process for every particular dish. It was so good at this place that when I returned to the island after a brief stay back in Jakarta, I went back and stayed longer. The sun sets from the restaurant and beach were incredible."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience.
