"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience.
