It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel. "The apart hotel is not the prettiest outside, just wait until you get inside. It is beautiful, so smart, clean, loads of space, perfect! We had a room for 3 people, it was great to have the space, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the lounge area was great. The staff on the front desk were super helpful, always friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast were lovely, really attentive and nothing was too much trouble."
