"My three main issues with this place are that, AC is controlled remotely so I couldn’t change the temperature of the room. Secondly I didn’t like that all the soap facilities were empty on my first day and finally I hated how i had to choose between charging my phone overnight or having the light off. Let me repeat, to charge my phone overnight I needed to keep the light on. This was the case until I plugged out so many things. "I had a great stay at mio hostel. Beds, blanket and pillows were super comfy. Rooms, toilets and showers were all 100% clean. Rooms locked and couldn’t be opened from the outside without a key so didn’t have to worry about safety. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from the road (cars and trams are constantly going past and the walls are very thin) but this wasn’t too much of a problem. The room had heating which we controlled so I was nice and toasty the whole time....

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."
