Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. "This apartment was very, very nice and as advertised. It was amazing that each of us had our own room and our own bathroom. It's very hard to find apartments like this in Italy. The only drawback was that it wasn't centrally located near the train station, thus, cabs were necessary to get to and from. Also, the host who came to meet us did not speak English. "Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back."
