"Haus und Umgebung waren gut , entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Auch der Service von Novasol war ok. Ein Problem gab es mit dem Fernsehen. Dabei konnte auch Novasol scheinbar nicht helfen, Fernsehprogramm (deutsch) lief nur über Apple App, die notwendige Pin dazu konnten wir nicht bekommen. Da waren die Enkelkinder etwas enttäuscht. "Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine sehr schöne Lage mit Zugang zum Strand. Das Baden am hauseigenen Strand haben wir sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet, das Bad hatten wir uns allerdings anders vorgestellt. Auf die eingeschränkte Nutzung für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen (Zugang zum Obergeschoss) sollte hingewiesen werden."

"Der Blick aufs Meer tut einfach nur gut und es ist fast von jeder Seite des Hauses zu sehen. Wir haben nur einen Punkt zu beanstanden, sämtliche Fenster waren vermutlich von den Vormietern mit Fingerabdrücken von Kindern Verschmiert an einigen Tagesdecken waren auch Fettflecken. Aber das ganze hat den Aufenthalt an sich nicht wirklich getrübt. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!"

"Erster Eindruck war gut. Beim Betten beziehen festgestellt das Bonbons und Lakritz unter der Matratze lag. Ein Zimmer roch sehr streng. In der Hotline von Novasol wurde uns gesagt dass das kein Notfall ist und am Wochenende nichts gemacht werden kann. Der Hausmeister schaute ab Montag jeden Tag mal nach der Regenrinne der Drainage usw. fand allerdings nicht warum es in dem einen Raum streng roch. Der Rest der Wohnung war halbwegs sauber. "We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
