"We found the location to be ideal and convenient for the Aldstadt. The hotel is well located and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful in range and quality. The spa was of excellent quality with great ease of use. Only one incident marred our stay, we foolishly left some cash out and found it missing after breakfast. The cleaner apparently thought it "was a tip"; when informed the hotel management had it returned immediately with a huge apology. We would be happy to stay there again."

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Excellent hotel with large well equipped rooms. The hotel is set in the heart of the old city with an entrance directly onto the main shopping street and easy access to restaurants and the Christmas markets. A great place to stay, and I will be back!"
